Enrolment Terms and Conditions
Specific conditions of enrolment
- Fulfilment of the visa requirements of the Australian Government
- Notification to Mercury Colleges of your address in Australia, and any change of contact details within 7 days while you are enrolled in the above course/s
- Immediate notification to Mercury Colleges of any changes to personal circumstances, including but not limited to relationship status and visa refusal record as declared on the corresponding application form. Failure to inform Mercury Colleges may be considered student’s default based on misleading information. It can result in the withdrawal of the offer or cancellation of enrolment.
- Students enrolled in more than one course at Mercury Colleges has an obligation to successfully complete the previous course prior to progressing to the next level of course work.
- Verification of all original documents attached to your application
- Students are required to submit the following documents for full admission:
- Copy of valid passport
- Certified copy of Year 12 school certificate or above
- Appropriate proof of English (IELTS 6.0 or Upper-Intermediate level of English Certificate) or satisfactory result on internal VET placement test
- Contact details including residential address, mobile phone number, email address and emergency contact details in Australia
- OSHC proof (if student did not arrange health cover with us)
- Further documentation may be requested prior to issuance of CoE for screening purposes
The balance of tuition fees must be paid on time as per your invoice. If fees are not received on time, you cannot attend class until fees are paid. (Students will be reported to the Australian Immigration Office for non-payment of fees).
